30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by shipping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variation:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Please contact us before returning your item to ensure the replacement is available

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly

We will cover return shipping for verified damaged or incorrect items.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Reach out to us if the issue persists
